1. Acceptance
By creating a SESADE account or using the platform you agree to these terms and to our community guidelines.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details, including a valid Ghanaian phone number.
3. Listings
You may only list items you legally own. Stolen, counterfeit, illegal or restricted goods are prohibited and will be removed.
4. Trades
SESADE facilitates introductions between traders. The agreement to exchange items is between the traders themselves; inspect goods before completing any trade.
5. Conduct
Harassment, fraud, misrepresentation of item condition and off-platform payment scams result in immediate suspension.
6. Verification
We may request government ID and a selfie to verify identity. Verification badges do not guarantee the quality of any item.
7. Liability
SESADE is not liable for losses arising from trades between users. Report problems promptly so we can act on the account involved.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
